35 years of diplomatic relations between Yemen and Germany
On the 15 May 2004 an exhibition regarding the Yemen-German relationship was opened at the House of Culture in Sanaa. The Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Planning & International Co-operation, Ahmed Sofan, the Head of the Presidential Office, Mr. Al-Anesi as well as the Minister of Culture Mr. Al-Rowaishan and German Ambassador Frank M. Mann attended the opening.
This exhibition was arranged with regard to the approaching 35th anniversary of the resuming of diplomatic relations between the two countries and as a German contribution to the events of "Sana'a 2004 - Arabic cultural capital".
